Model Roadmap

This roadmap outlines the model stack I am shaping for healthcare AI work: fast local models for privacy, stronger cloud models for complex reasoning, and evaluation layers for safety.

Priority Stack

• Local models: Ollama-based experimentation for private notes and draft workflows.
• RAG layer: Retrieval from curated medical, Ayurveda, and operational knowledge bases.
• Agent workflows: Task-specific assistants for summarization, documentation, and follow-up.
• Evaluation: Human review, hallucination checks, and source-grounded outputs.

Direction

The goal is not to chase every model release. The goal is a dependable healthcare AI setup that can run consistently, protect sensitive context, and support real clinical or business operations.
